Delete my AfroQash account

1. How to request deletion

Before closure, please withdraw any available balance. If a balance remains, we will contact you to return it.

• Fill in the form below with your account email address, or write to contact@afroqash.com with the subject "Account deletion".
• We will contact you to confirm that you own the account.
• Your account is closed and your data deleted within 30 days at most.

2. Data deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone number, photo.
• Your preferences, favourite contacts, saved payment methods and notification tokens.
• Your sessions and access to the app.

3. Data retained

In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing regulations, transaction history and identity verification (KYC) documents are kept for ten years after account closure, securely and with restricted access, then deleted.
